The Android Kotlin Developer Nanodegree programme is a comprehensive, intermediate-level course designed for mastering Kotlin Android development. The Nanodegree Programme Phase is free of charge and consists of a 3-4 months, self-guided learning journey with other qualified peers. To graduate from this phase, learners will study specialized and advanced content and complete real-world projects in Mobile App Development.
In the Nanodegree Programme Phase, learners will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects designed by industry experts to build their portfolio of skills, and learn one of three core digital advanced skills sets to become future Mobile App Developers.
The programme is free, There are no fees for enrollment in this phase of the Emirati Training Academy Programme.
Applicants for the Nanodegree Programme Phase must meet the following criteria listed below:
Learners will only be eligible for one attempt at the Nanodegree application, per Nanodegree track during the period when the Nanodegree applications are live. This is your way of competing for the Nanodegree Programme Phase.
This phase of the programme is fully online/virtual. The Nanodegree Programme Phase has a live-virtual component (weekly sessions) led by expert tutors.
There is 1 cohort in this phase of the programme . This cohort is expected to launch in June 2024. Where accepted learners will be invited to join a live webinar “Kickoff” event to cover the details of the program and join a cohort of learners to start their Nanodegree that day. You can find the dates of the upcoming cohorts in your classroom.
You will receive an email from the Udacity team confirming that you have been qualified for the Nanodegree Programme Phase following your Nanodegree application.
Learners who have been selected for the Nanodegree Programme Phase will receive an email with all the details prior to the Kickoff event and start of each cohort in this Phase.

You should maintain the same email address you used to apply for the Emirati Training Academy programme for the duration of your entire enrollment in order to maintain eligibility for this programme.
For the Nanodegree Programme Phase, learners are recommended to allocate 10-15 hours a week learning
There are no withdrawal or postponing options after you are enrolled in any of the phases. You should only join this programme if you are committed to learning and graduating within the defined timeline of the programme.
